Types of Keyword

There are 9 types of keywords : -

1. Short Tail Keyword (STK)

These are the short keywords consisting of one or two words. In this type of keywords there is high volume, high competition and low conversion rate.

How to use Google Keyword Planner

Step 1. Go to the Google Ads website (ads.google.com) and sign in to your Google Ads account.

Step 2. Now Click on "Tools & Settings" in the upper-right corner of the Google Ads dashboard and under the "Planning" section, select "Keyword Planner."

Step 3. Now you can see two research options: 

  • Find new keywords: Discover new keyword ideas based on product or service. 
  • Get search volume and forecasts: Obtain search volume data and other performance forecasts for a list of keywords we already have.

Step 4. Now Enter Keywords or URL

Step 5. Now we have a list of related keywords of that particular keyword we have entered. Now we can see the average monthly searches, competition, low bid, high bid etc. and also we can download the list of keywords.
